Nepal
Register a private company (1–101 shareholders) at the Office of the Company Registrar under the Companies Act 2063, then obtain a PAN — and VAT where required — from the Inland Revenue Department. Corporate income tax is 25% (banks, financial institutions and insurance 30%) and VAT is a flat 13%. The registries operate primarily in Nepali, and the fiscal year runs mid-July to mid-July on the Bikram Sambat calendar, so every statutory deadline is a BS date.
