Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when the fees you pay Comriq are refundable. It applies to services provided by Green Rajasthan Private Limited (trading as Comriq). It separates our professional fee from government fees, because they behave differently: our fee pays for our work, while government fees are paid onward to an authority and are largely non-recoverable once submitted.

Our fee vs government fees

Every price we show is our professional fee only. Government and third-party fees (registry, stamp duty, licence fees) are billed at cost and passed straight to the relevant authority. Once a government fee has been paid on your behalf, it is set by that authority and is generally non-refundable, even if you later cancel.

Before work starts

If you cancel before we have begun work and before any government fee has been paid, you are entitled to a full refund of our professional fee.

After work starts

Once we have started, our professional fee is refundable in proportion to the work not yet done. Government fees already paid to an authority are not refundable. We will always tell you what has been paid and what stage your matter has reached.

"In proportion" is set out below rather than left to our judgement, because a refund policy that turns on our own reasonable assessment is not a policy. The stages differ by what you bought, so they are listed by what you bought.

Filings — incorporation, registrations, returns and licences

• Before we prepare anything: 100% of our fee.
• Documents collected and the application drafted, not yet submitted: 50% of our fee.
• Submitted to the authority: no refund of our fee. The work is done at that point and the government fee has been paid onward.

Projects — web, mobile, AI automation, CRM, drafting

• Before the kick-off call: 100% of our fee.
• After kick-off, before the design or written plan is approved: 75%.
• After approval, during the build: refunded against the stages not yet delivered, using the stages shown on the service page and tracked in your portal.
• After hand-over: no refund. What we built is yours, including the source.

Retainers — marketing, bookkeeping, payroll, virtual CFO, legal

• The minimum term stated on the service page is what you commit to, and it is on the page before you buy.
• Cancel with 30 days’ notice after the minimum term. The current month is worked and billed; nothing beyond it is.
• A month already worked is not refundable. Advertising spend is never ours to refund — you pay it directly to the platform.

If we cannot complete a filing

If we are unable to complete a filing for a reason within our control, we refund our professional fee for that filing. If a filing cannot proceed for reasons outside our control — for example an authority rejects an application on its merits, or required information cannot be provided — we refund our fee less the work reasonably done, and government fees already paid remain non-refundable in line with the authority's own rules.

Consultations

Consultation fees are for the expert's time and are non-refundable once the call has taken place. However, the fee is credited against any service you buy within 30 days of the call — so if you go on to engage us, you effectively pay nothing extra for the advice. If you cancel a booked call before it happens, it is fully refundable.

How to request a refund

Email support@comriq.com with your order details. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and to process approved refunds to your original payment method.
