Shipping & Delivery Policy

Version 1.0 · in effect since 20 September 2026

This policy explains how and when we deliver what you buy from Green Rajasthan Private Limited (trading as Comriq). It applies to every order placed through this site.

Nothing is physically shipped

We sell professional and compliance services, not goods. There is no courier, no tracking number and no shipping charge, and there never will be one added to your order. Every deliverable — a certificate of incorporation, a filed return, a registration certificate, a drafted agreement, a built website — is handed to you digitally.

Where an authority issues a physical document to you directly (for example a certificate posted by a registrar to your registered address), that despatch is the authority’s, on the authority’s timetable. We tell you when it has been issued and what to expect; we cannot control when it arrives.

When work starts

Work starts when payment has cleared and we hold the documents the service needs. Both conditions matter, and the second is the one that most often moves a date: a filing cannot be prepared without the identity and address proofs the authority requires, so the clock on the turnarounds below starts from the day your document set is complete, not from the day you paid.

You can see exactly what is outstanding at any time in your client portal, against the specific requirement that needs it. We will not chase you by email for something the portal could have told you.

How deliverables reach you

Everything is delivered into the document vault in your client portal: every document you gave us and every document we produced, versioned, downloadable, and kept there for as long as your account is open. You are emailed when something new is released to you. Nothing of yours is ever deleted from the vault by us as part of normal delivery.

Indicative turnarounds

These are the ranges published on the service pages themselves, read directly from the same source, so this table cannot drift from what you were shown when you bought. Every figure is in working days and excludes weekends and public holidays.

CategoryIndicative turnaround
Launch & Legal5–90 working days
Finance & Accounting2–45 working days
Intellectual Property2–30 working days
Corporate Legal1–10 working days
Trade & Cross-Border Licensing1–60 working days
Engineering & AIScoped project work — the range depends on what is agreed before we start.10–90 working days
Growth & MarketingScoped project work — the range depends on what is agreed before we start.7–30 working days

Across the whole catalogue that is 1–90 working days. A range is wide because a category holds both a same-week registration and a multi-month approval; the page for the specific service you are buying gives its own figure, and that figure is the one that applies to your order.

When the authority controls the date, not us

This is the most important paragraph on this page, so it is not buried. For most of what we do, part of the timeline belongs to a government department and no amount of diligence on our side shortens it. An examiner’s queue, an objection raised on an application, a portal outage, a change in a form, a public holiday in the issuing state — all of these move the date, and none of them are within our control or anyone else’s.

Where that happens:

  • We tell you the same day we learn of it, in the portal and by email, with what was raised and what we are doing about it.
  • The turnarounds above are indicative, not guaranteed. They describe our work, not the authority’s. We do not promise a date that is not ours to promise.
  • We do not charge you again for responding to an objection or a query that falls within the scope you bought.
  • A delay caused by an authority is not a failure to deliver, and does not by itself create a refund entitlement — but your rights where we have not delivered are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which governs that question rather than this page.

Government fees

Where a service carries a statutory fee, we pay it to the authority on your behalf and recover exactly what was charged, with nothing added. A filing is not submitted until that fee is paid, so an unpaid or unconfirmed government fee will hold the start date.

If something has not arrived

Raise a ticket from your client portal, or email support@comriq.com quoting your order reference. Every message is on one thread with a reference you can quote back. We acknowledge within one business day and tell you where the work actually is, including when the honest answer is that we are waiting on someone else.
