Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Comriq website. The contracting party is Green Rajasthan Private Limited (trading as Comriq), and “Comriq”, “we” and “us” refer to it throughout.

These terms, and the agreement that governs the work

There are two documents and they do different jobs. This one covers browsing the site, the information on it, and what you may and may not do with it. The Client Engagement Agreement — currently version 1.1 — covers the work itself: scope, fees, what you promise us, what you may not use our work for, indemnity, liability, your data, and governing law.

You accept the agreement by an explicit tick when you place an order, not by using this site. Where these terms and the agreement say different things about the same subject, the agreement governs.

What the information on this site is, and is not

• Statutory fees, timelines and document lists are read from the authority that publishes them, and we record the date we read them. Authorities change them without notice.
• Anything marked indicative was not read at the authority’s own page. It is not a quote and must not be relied on as one.
• Nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice, and reading it does not make us your advisers.
• Our professional fee and any government fee are always shown as separate lines. We do not mark up a government fee.

Using the site

You may read, print and share these pages. You may not:

• scrape, harvest or bulk-copy the site or its data;
• present our fee data, document lists or timelines as your own, or resell them;
• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of it; or
• use it to do anything unlawful.

The site, its content and its underlying data are ours. Government fee figures are facts and are owned by nobody; the collection, verification and presentation of them is our work.

Accounts

There is no signup form on this site. An account exists only where an engagement exists, and it is created when an order is paid for. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for what is done through your account.

Riq, and anything automated

Riq is a guide, not an adviser. It points you at pages. It does not answer statutory questions and never tells you whether a name or a filing will be approved — those rest with the authority.

Outcomes an authority decides

Where a government authority decides something — whether a registration is granted, whether a filing is accepted, how long it takes — that decision is theirs. We do not guarantee an outcome or a government timeline. Clause 9 of the Client Engagement Agreement sets this out in full.

Liability for the site

We take care over the information here and we correct errors when we find them. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site alone, as distinct from an engagement you have actually bought. Liability under an engagement is governed by clause 9 of the agreement and is capped at the professional fees you paid for that engagement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and, for an engagement, in clause 10 of the agreement. We process under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

Refunds

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of the agreement and sets out what is refundable, at what stage, and for which kind of work.

Complaints

Write to support@comriq.com. We acknowledge within one business day and answer within 30 days. Our contact page names our grievance officer and gives the address and the channels required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of India. Disputes are subject to clause 13 of the Client Engagement Agreement: talk to us first, then arbitration by a single arbitrator seated at Jaipur, Rajasthan, with the courts at Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan otherwise having exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away your right to complain to a consumer forum where you live.

Changes

We may issue a new version of these terms. The version and its effective date are at the top of this page. A new version applies from its effective date and does not change an agreement you have already accepted — that one is fixed at the version you accepted, and your copy carries its fingerprint.
