Annual Compliance in Nepal

The annual corporate pack — a company files its audited financial statements and particulars of directors/shareholders with OCR each year under the Companies Act 2063 (2006), holds its Annual General Meeting (primarily a public-company obligation) and appoints or re-appoints a licensed auditor. Deadlines are keyed to the mid-July to mid-July fiscal year and stated in Bikram Sambat dates; late filing attracts OCR late fees.
