Form a private company limited by shares through an admitted Cyprus lawyer, who swears Form HE1 and files with the DRCIP; the memorandum and articles must be signed in Greek and a registered office in the Republic is compulsory. Corporate income tax is 15% from 1 January 2026 (up from 12.5%), standard VAT is 19%, and the €350 annual company levy was abolished from 2024. Every company prepares audited IFRS financial statements regardless of size.
