Trademark Registration in Cyprus
National Cyprus trade mark application with the DRCIP Intellectual Property Section (Form Ε.Σ 02) — e-filing is €129 for the first class and €94 for each additional class (by hand/post €141 + €102/class). A registered mark is protected for 10 years from the filing date and is renewable indefinitely for further 10-year periods. Protection covering Cyprus can alternatively be sought as an EU trade mark at the EUIPO or via the Madrid System.
