Annual Compliance in Cyprus

The annual corporate pack — filing the Annual Return (Form HE32) with the DRCIP together with the audited financial statements of the preceding year (filing fee €20), and keeping the beneficial-ownership (UBO) register current. A newly incorporated company's first HE32 is due within 18 months of incorporation, then annually. Late filing attracts an administrative penalty of €50 on the first day of default plus €1/day, up to €150 per overdue filing. NOTE: the €350 annual company levy was abolished from 2024 and is no longer a live cost.
