Canada
Incorporate federally with Corporations Canada under the CBCA for CAD 200 online, or provincially in Ontario (OBCA) or British Columbia (BCBCA) — a federal corporation needs at least 25% resident-Canadian directors (at least one where there are fewer than four), which constrains the board but not foreign share ownership, while Ontario and BC impose no residency requirement. File individuals-with-significant-control information with Corporations Canada at incorporation, annually and within 15 days of any change; it is published publicly. Open a CRA Business Number with corporation income tax, GST/HST and payroll accounts — GST/HST registration bites once taxable revenue passes CAD 30,000 over four consecutive calendar quarters, within 29 days of the effective date. Then keep the CAD 12 online CBCA annual return and the T2 corporate return (due within six months of year-end, with the balance of tax payable at two months, or three for an eligible CCPC) on time. Federal filings are accepted in English or French; carrying on business in Quebec brings separate French-language obligations under the Charter of the French Language, which we confirm against the Quebec authorities before you commit to a Quebec-facing name.
