Tax Filing & Returns in Canada
Preparation and filing of the T2 corporation income tax return with the supporting financial information, plus the periodic GST/HST returns. The filing obligation is universal: every resident corporation must file a T2 for every tax year even where no tax is payable, with only narrow exceptions (tax-exempt Crown corporations, Hutterite colonies and registered charities). The T2 is due within six months of the end of the tax year — where the year ends on the last day of a month, by the last day of the sixth month after; otherwise the same calendar day in the sixth month. Note the split between filing and paying: the balance of tax owing is due two months after year-end, or three months for an eligible Canadian-controlled private corporation that claimed the small business deduction and met the associated conditions — that 2/3-month rule came from CRA-aligned material rather than the CRA payment page itself, so we confirm it for your year-end. GST/HST return frequency (monthly, quarterly or annual) is assigned by revenue.

Cost breakdown
Our fee and the government’s are always separate lines. Government fees are passed through at exactly what the authority charges — we add nothing to them.
