Estonia
Form an OÜ (private limited) online via the e-Business Register — the minimum share capital was abolished, so it can be founded from €0.01, typically signed with an e-Residency digital ID and no notary. Estonia's headline is that there is no corporate income tax on retained profit: tax applies only when profit is distributed, at 22/78. Standard VAT is 24% (from 1 July 2025) and social tax is 33%. The online workflow is operable in English, though statutes are enacted in Estonian.
