Trademark Registration in Estonia
Estonian national trade mark application with the Patent Office — €145 for the first class and €45 for each additional class, with the class fee(s) payable within two months of filing. Since the Trade Marks Act that entered into force on 1 April 2019, no state fee is charged for the registration itself; only the application (and renewal) fees apply. The mark runs 10 years from the filing date, renewable for successive 10-year periods (renewal €195). Protection across the whole EU can alternatively be sought as an EU trade mark at the EUIPO, or Estonia designated via the Madrid System.
