MSME Online Dispute Resolution portal launched for delayed payments

The Ministry of MSME launched an Online Dispute Resolution portal on 27 June 2025 to reduce the incidence of delayed payments to micro and small enterprises. It provides a multi-layered, end-to-end digital resolution mechanism from case filing to final resolution, and is designed to make dispute resolution economically viable even for very small claims.
Sits alongside the existing MSEFC route under the MSMED Act; the government page does not say it replaces it.
