How to choose
Our professional fee is what we charge for the work. The government fee is what Comriq Legal charges, and we pass it through untouched. Anyone quoting a single blended number is hiding which is which.
Some authorities publish no schedule, and several fees depend on share capital, activity or state. We show those as not published rather than printing a plausible figure, and we confirm them in your quote before you commit.
The ranges here are the processing times the registry works to, not a promise from us. Where an authority is known to run long, the service page says so on the record.

Government fees are passed through at exactly what the authority charges — we never mark them up. A dash in Total means one of its parts is not published, or the authority publishes a schedule rather than one figure, so we will not print a total that treats an unknown as zero or adds up lines that are alternatives. Every amount here is read from the authority’s own page, with the source recorded on the service.
This price is exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout on our professional fee. Government fees are collected at cost on your behalf and are not taxed. Clients outside India are zero-rated.
A monthly engagement, not a filing
No authority is involved and there is no statutory fee. The price on this page buys the scope described on this page; work outside it is quoted separately and approved by you first, and either side may end the engagement after the minimum term. Your proposal and engagement letter are the binding documents.
