Annual Compliance in Vietnam
The annual corporate pack. A foreign-invested enterprise must have its annual financial statements audited by an independent audit firm; the audited statements accompany the annual CIT finalisation return, due by the last day of the 3rd month after the tax year-end. The pack also covers keeping compulsory social/health/unemployment insurance filings and e-invoicing current. From 1 January 2026 the annual business-licence tax (thuế môn bài) is abolished, so it no longer forms part of the annual calendar.
