Every Delaware entity must CONTINUOUSLY maintain a registered agent with a physical Delaware street address — not a PO box — open during business hours to accept service of process (8 Del. s.132), and this applies equally to a foreign-owned entity. A Wyoming LLC's agent must likewise have a physical Wyoming address, a PO box alone being insufficient (W.S. 17-28-101 to 17-28-111), and signs a consent to the appointment.
