BOI (Beneficial Ownership) Report in United States

US-FORMED ENTITIES ARE EXEMPT — if you are forming a Delaware or Wyoming LLC or corporation, you have no BOI filing obligation and we will not sell you one. Verified directly against fincen.gov/boi on 10 September 2026: FinCEN's interim final rule of 26 March 2025 redefined 'reporting company' to mean ONLY an entity formed under foreign law that registers to do business in a US state, and a subsequent FINAL rule (stated on fincen.gov as of 11 August 2026) made permanent that US companies are exempt from the Beneficial Ownership Information reporting requirements and are therefore not required to file BOI reports. This service exists for the narrow set still in scope: an entity formed under FOREIGN law that registers to do business in a US state — and even that entity need not report US-person beneficial owners. The requirement was cut back repeatedly through 2025 and 2026, so we RE-VERIFY the position at fincen.gov/boi before every engagement rather than relying on this page.

What we will need from you

Upload these once. They are stored encrypted and reused across every service you buy from us.

  • Evidence the entity was formed under FOREIGN law, and its US state registration to do business

This pair is the whole test. An entity created in the United States is exempt and has nothing to file.

  • Company details and formation date

  • Beneficial owners' identity documents

US-person beneficial owners need not be reported even by a foreign-formed reporting company.

Cost breakdown

Our fee and the government’s are always separate lines. Government fees are passed through at exactly what the authority charges — we add nothing to them.

FinCEN BOI reportNo FinCEN charge was captured in our 10 September 2026 research, so no amount is asserted. Applicability, not price, is the gating question here — re-verified at fincen.gov/boi before any filing.Confirmed before payment

How it runs

You will see these exact stages update in your client portal as we progress.

  2. Owners Identified

Beneficial owners confirmed, excluding US persons, who are not reported.

  3. Report Filed

BOI report submitted to FinCEN and the confirmation delivered.
