Tax Registration in Thailand

Registration with the Revenue Department — the corporate tax ID follows from DBD incorporation, and VAT registration (form PP.01) is mandatory once annual turnover exceeds THB 1.8m, or may be taken voluntarily. VAT is charged at 7% (a reduced rate maintained by Royal Decree; the statutory rate is 10%). There is no government fee to register.
