  • Revenue Department tax assessment / audit notice - Assessment or audit of CIT, VAT, withholding tax or SBT

    The taxpayer must respond/provide documents within the period stated; an assessment may be appealed to the Commission of Appeal (Kor.Or.7) within 30 days of receipt, then to the Tax Court. Confirm the appeal window from the Revenue Code. (not verified against the authority's own page)

  • DBD non-compliance / late-filing notice - Late or non-filing of audited financial statements or failure to hold the AGM
