Annual Compliance in Portugal
The annual corporate pack — approval of the annual accounts (ordinarily within three months of year-end) and the single IES filing (Informação Empresarial Simplificada) that deposits the accounts with the commercial registry and reports to the AT and INE (reported due by 15 July), plus the RCBE beneficial-ownership regime: an initial declaration within 30 days of NIF, an annual confirmation by 31 December, and updates within 30 days of any change. The RCBE declaration itself is free.
