Preparation and filing of the BIR returns — quarterly and annual corporate income tax (Form 1702Q / 1702; 25% regular corporate income tax, or 20% for a small domestic corporation with net taxable income up to PHP 5,000,000 and total assets up to PHP 100,000,000 excluding land, under the CREATE Act; a 2% minimum corporate income tax on gross income applies from the 4th year), the quarterly VAT return (Form 2550Q; 12% VAT), and the monthly/quarterly withholding-tax returns. The annual income tax return is due on or before the 15th day of the 4th month after year-end (15 April for calendar-year taxpayers).
