Annual Compliance in Philippines

The annual corporate pack — the SEC General Information Sheet (GIS), filed through eFAST within 30 calendar days of the annual stockholders' meeting, and the Audited Financial Statements (AFS), filed by the deadline in the SEC's annual filing memorandum (a calendar-year filer files roughly late May; a non-December year-end files within 120 days of year-end). An independent audit is required where gross annual sales/earnings exceed PHP 3,000,000. Late or non-filing draws SEC fines and can lead to delinquent status.

What we will need from you

Upload these once. They are stored encrypted and reused across every service you buy from us.

  • General Information Sheet data (directors, officers, shareholdings)

  • Audited Financial Statements

Independent audit required above roughly PHP 3,000,000 gross sales/earnings; below that, unaudited statements may be filed.

  • Date of the annual stockholders'/members' meeting

Cost breakdown

Our fee and the government’s are always separate lines. Government fees are passed through at exactly what the authority charges — we add nothing to them.
