Trademark Registration in New Zealand
National trade mark application with IPONZ — NZD 100 per class (or NZD 70 per class using only IPONZ pre-approved terms, or NZD 50 per class where filed on a search-and-preliminary-advice report within 3 months). Protection runs 10 years from filing, renewable for successive 10-year periods at NZD 200 per class. All IPONZ fees exclude GST (15% added where the applicant is in NZ). Protection can alternatively be sought via the Madrid System designating New Zealand.
