Trademark Registration in Netherlands
A Dutch trade mark is registered Benelux-wide (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg) at the BOIP — there is no national-only Dutch trade mark. Filing in the relevant Nice classes, a two-month opposition window after publication, and a 10-year renewable term. Protection across the whole EU can alternatively be sought as an EU trade mark at the EUIPO.
