FIRS tax assessment / demand notice (CIT, VAT, WHT, Development Levy) - Late or incorrect return, underpayment, best-of-judgement assessment, or audit finding.
File any outstanding return and pay tax plus interest/penalty, or object in writing within 30 days of the notice of assessment; unresolved objections go to the Tax Appeal Tribunal. (not verified against the authority's own page)
CAC non-compliance notice (outstanding annual returns) - Failure to file annual returns; the company risks penalties and, ultimately, being struck off / delisted.
File the overdue annual returns and pay the return fee plus the gazetted penalty per year.
Trademark opposition / examiner's refusal - A third party opposes a published mark, or the Registrar refuses/objects to an application.
File a counter-statement/response within the set period (opposition fee N11,500); may proceed to a hearing before the Registrar.

Provide the requested documentation (CAC certificate, evidence of capital importation/CCI, share-capital proof). (not verified against the authority's own page)
