Annual Compliance in Luxembourg

The recurring corporate obligations: filing the approved annual accounts (dépôt des comptes annuels) with the RCS via the eCDF platform — the general meeting is held within 6 months of year-end and the accounts filed within one month of approval — keeping the RBE beneficial-owner register current (updated within one month of any change), and the annual net wealth tax return. Net wealth tax is 0.5% on net wealth up to €500m, with a progressive minimum NWT of €535 / €1,605 / €4,815 by balance-sheet total from 1 January 2025.
