Registry strike-off / non-compliance notice - Failure to pay the annual government fee / file the annual return by the March deadline; penalties escalate 33.33% → 66.67% → 100% and continued default leads to strike-off from the register.
Pay the outstanding fee plus penalty and file the return through the CSP; if already struck off, apply (and pay) for restoration/reinstatement.
Economic-substance determination / penalty notice - Failure to file the ESN/ESR, or a DITC finding that a relevant entity failed the economic-substance test for a relevant activity.
File the outstanding ESN/ESR, remediate substance, and respond to the DITC's information request; penalties apply and can escalate for continued failure, with information exchanged with the relevant foreign tax authority. (not verified against the authority's own page)
Beneficial-ownership breach notice / penalty - Failure to identify/notify beneficial owners or to keep the BO register adequate, accurate and current.
Provide/correct the required particulars via the CSP; fines range from CI$5,000 up to CI$100,000 (and potentially higher/imprisonment for serious/repeat offences), with strike-off possible for unpaid fines or repeat convictions.
Trade-mark opposition - A third party opposes a published mark within the statutory opposition period.
File a counterstatement/defence with CIIPO through the registered agent within the set period (notice-of-opposition fee KYD 250 verified). (not verified against the authority's own page)
