A Kenyan national trade mark filed with KIPI on Form TM2 — KES 4,000 for the first class and KES 3,000 for each subsequent class. An applicant who neither resides nor has a principal place of business in Kenya pays KIPI's parallel foreign-fee column instead (US$200 first class, US$150 each subsequent) and files through a local address for service or registered agent.
