Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate from the State Pollution Control Board in Tripura. Governed by the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Tripura State Pollution Control Board (Prevention and Control of Water Pollution) Rules, 1989; Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Tripura State Pollution Control Board (Control of Air Pollution) Rules, 1989, both as amended by their Third Amendment Rules, 2010; consent fee revision per Government of Tripura Notification No.F.8(29)/DSTE/ENV/PT-I/1977-86 dated 18.07.2017. Applies where: All industrial units requiring Consent to Establish/Operate; categorised Red/Orange/Green/White; fee scales with capital investment on land/building/plant & machinery (excluding pollution-control-equipment investment). Renewal: Consent to Establish validity: 1 year (upto Rs 1 crore capital investment), 2 years (above Rs 1 crore to Rs 10 crore), 3 years (above Rs 10 crore), for all categories. Consent to Operate renewal periodicity: Red once every 5 years, Orange once every 10 years, Green once every 15 years, White not required. The State fee below was read from the authority's own published schedule and is passed through at cost.
