Fire NOC in Tripura
The fire-safety no-objection certificate required before the premises may be occupied in Tripura. Governed by the Administered by the Home (Fire and Emergency Services) Department through the e-District service guidelines; no Act or rules title is printed on the guidelines page itself. Applies where: SELF CERTIFICATION is available for residential buildings of height up to 15 metres OR covered area up to 1,000 sq m, and for non-residential buildings of height up to 8 metres AND covered area up to 100 sq m. A FIRE SAFETY RECOMMENDATION is required for residential buildings above 15 metres or above 1,000 sq m, and for non-residential buildings above 15 metres or above 500 sq m (and for 100 to 500 sq m where height exceeds 15 metres). Renewal: Validity of the Fire Safety Certificate is 5 YEARS for residential buildings and 3 YEARS for non-residential buildings or premises, in each case from the date of issue.
