Factory Licence in Telangana
Registration of the premises as a factory and the licence to operate it under the Factories Act 1948 in Telangana. Governed by the Factories Act, 1948 and A.P. Factories Rules, 1950 (as applicable to Telangana). Applies where: Premises where ten or more workers are working, or were working on any day of the preceding twelve months, and in any part of which a manufacturing process is carried on with the aid of power; OR premises where twenty or more workers are working, or were working on any day of the preceding twelve months, and in any part of which a manufacturing process is carried on without the aid of power; OR any premises declared a factory by State Government notification. Renewal: The licence fee payment is for the calendar year; annual licence fees for up to 10 years may be paid online in one transaction. The State fee below was read from the authority's own published schedule and is passed through at cost.
