Cost breakdown
Our fee and the government’s are always separate lines. Government fees are passed through at exactly what the authority charges — we add nothing to them.
| Government feeNo government or competitor page read on 14-Sep-2026 states the filing-fee position in words for the challan-cum-statement of TDS on transfer of immovable property (Form 26QB to 31 March 2026; Form 141 under the Income-tax Act 2025 from 1 April 2026). The e-filing portal's Form 141 FAQs and user manual describe the filing without stating a fee. What IS published is the LATE-filing fee under s.234E: Rs 200 per day, capped at the TDS amount — a default charge, not the filing fee. The TDS itself (1% of consideration under s.194-IA) is tax, not a fee. Deliberately left unavailable rather than asserted as nil. Silence in the statute is not a citation for a zero fee. | Confirmed before payment |
