Trade Licence in Rajasthan
The municipal trade licence permitting a trade to be carried on at a given address in Rajasthan. Governed by the Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009; Local Self Government Department order DLB/15/1680/Jaipur dated 31-01-2017 (as cited on the Jaipur MC licence form). Applies where: Food, hospitality and similar trades listed on the municipal licence form; licence is conditional on a Fire NOC, UD tax receipt and property/rent documents. Renewal: Annual - the form is a combined New/Renewal application and requires the previous licence. The authority does not publish a fee we could read at source, so the State fee is quoted per engagement and passed through at cost — we never substitute a plausible figure.
