Fire NOC in Madhya Pradesh
The fire-safety no-objection certificate required before the premises may be occupied in Madhya Pradesh. Governed by the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (under which the Urban Local Bodies run fire services), read with the Madhya Pradesh Land Development Rules and the fire safety provisions of the National Building Code. Applies where: Buildings of 12.5 metres or more in height must install firefighting systems and hold the licence. Renewal: A provisional fire NOC is issued conditionally with one year validity; the renewal fee equals the fresh NOC fee. The authority does not publish a fee we could read at source, so the State fee is quoted per engagement and passed through at cost — we never substitute a plausible figure.
