Trade Licence in Himachal Pradesh

The municipal trade licence permitting a trade to be carried on at a given address in Himachal Pradesh. Governed by the Municipal trade licence bye-laws administered by the Municipal Corporation; timelines mandated under the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Guarantee Act, 2011. Applies where: Any trade carried on within municipal limits. The fee band is set by the floor area of the premises, or by the trade itself where it falls in the enumerated list. Renewal: Annual - the enumerated-trade rate is expressly stated as per annum, and the penalty table runs from the expiry of the licence.
