Trade Licence in Delhi
The municipal trade licence permitting a trade to be carried on at a given address in Delhi. Governed by the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (Health Trade Licence); current rates implemented by MCD Public Health Department Office Order No. PA/MHO/MCD/2025/D-193 dated 28.03.2025. Applies where: Every listed health trade within MCD limits. The published schedule (HTL-1 and HTL-2) runs to 96 numbered trade rows across the Eating Establishment, Boarding/Lodging, Amusement, Manufacturing Units, Storage and Sale, Hawking, Entertainment and Recreational, and Miscellaneous classifications. Renewal: Annual. The annual licence fee for every category rises by 15% every three financial years (FY 2022-25, FY 2025-28, FY 2028-31 and so on); the FY 2025-28 rates took effect on 1 April 2025. The State fee below was read from the authority's own published schedule and is passed through at cost.
