Pollution Control Consent in Delhi
Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate from the State Pollution Control Board in Delhi. Governed by the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974; Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981; DPCC Board decision dated 09.12.2009 (fee structure), orders dated 17.04.2017 and 31.05.2017 (categorisation). Applies where: All industrial units other than White category. Housing, commercial, office, IT, infrastructure and town development projects are charged on total built-up area instead of investment. Health care establishments have their own schedule. Renewal: Consent to Operate / renewal under the Green category is paid for 10 years only; under the Orange category it is paid for 5 years only. Consent to Establish under either category is for a minimum of one year or as requested by the unit. The State fee below was read from the authority's own published schedule and is passed through at cost.
