- Transaction work: fundraising, acquisitions and due diligence
- Intellectual-property prosecution, which is a separate service
- Government and filing fees
- Work beyond the monthly volume, which is quoted before it starts

What we need from you

This is a fixed price for the scope on this page, agreed before work starts. There is no statutory fee and no third party to pay. Anything added to the scope later is quoted and approved by you first.
This price is exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout on our professional fee. Clients outside India are zero-rated.

The price on this page buys the scope described on this page; work outside it is quoted separately and approved by you first, and either side may end the engagement after the minimum term. Your proposal and engagement letter are the binding documents.
