Governed by the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, section 64, read with the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Consent fee) Bihar Rules, 1984 as amended (schedule to sub-rule (2) of rule 3 substituted by notification No. Van/Parya-29/1998, E.F.&C.C. Applies where: All industrial units, by capital investment. The notification's own comment states that the capital investment of the industries specified in the schedule includes all investments made in fixed assets such as land, building, plant and machinery. Renewal: The schedule is expressed as a consent fee 'for Five years'. The State fee below was read from the authority's own published schedule and is passed through at cost.
