Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate from the State Pollution Control Board in Arunachal Pradesh. Governed by the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 section 64, read with the Arunachal Pradesh Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) (Amendment) Rules, 2020, Schedule-II (notification No. APSPCB-93/2017/RCI dated 18 November 2020, published in the Arunachal Pradesh Gazette, Part III, 27 November 2020, page 114, superseding notification No. APSPCB-839/2012 dated 1 November 2012). Applies where: All industrial units, classified into Red, Orange, Green and White categories, by capital investment. The Board may prescribe more slabs between the minimum and maximum consent fees in the twelve slabs notified. Renewal: Annual - the schedule is headed 'Annual Consent Fee'. The authority does not publish a fee we could read at source, so the State fee is quoted per engagement and passed through at cost — we never substitute a plausible figure.
