Patent Registration in Ireland
Irish patent prosecution with the IPOI — a full-term (20-year) patent under Part II or a short-term (10-year) patent under Part III. Filing €125 (full-term) or €60 (short-term), a €200 search for a full-term patent, and a €64 / €30 grant fee, with annual renewals running from the third year. Protection can alternatively be obtained via a European patent at the EPO validated in Ireland.
