CRO strike-off / enforcement for non-filing of annual return - Failure to file the annual return (B1) on time; persistent default can lead to involuntary strike-off of the company from the register and prosecution of directors.
File the overdue B1 with financial statements and pay the late-filing fee (EUR 100 + EUR 3/day, max EUR 1,200); apply to defer strike-off. Loss of audit exemption for two years follows a late annual return. (not verified against the authority's own page)
Revenue assessment / audit / intervention (corporation tax, VAT, PAYE) - Underpayment, late/incorrect return, or risk-based selection; Revenue issues assessments, Level 1/2/3 compliance interventions and demands.

RBO discrepancy / non-compliance notice - Failure to file beneficial ownership within 5 months, or a discrepancy reported by a designated person (bank, etc.) between the RBO and their own findings.
File or correct the beneficial-ownership data; unresolved non-compliance is an offence carrying fines. (not verified against the authority's own page)
Trade mark opposition / examination objection - IPOI examination objection (absolute/relative grounds) or a third-party opposition after publication.
File written observations/response, amend the specification, or defend the opposition within the prescribed period. (not verified against the authority's own page)
Patent objection / opposition - Examination objection or post-grant opposition proceedings (e.g. opposition to amendment, restoration or revocation).
Respond to the Controller within the set period; fees apply to various opposition/hearing steps (e.g. hearing application EUR 60).
