Trademark Registration in Indonesia
Indonesian trade mark application with the DGIP, filed online in Indonesian. Fees are charged PER CLASS: IDR 500,000 per class for a registered micro & small enterprise (UMKM) and IDR 2,800,000 per class for general applicants (PP Nomor 30 Tahun 2026). Publication precedes substantive examination, with a two-month opposition window; a registration protects the mark for 10 years from the filing date and is renewable. A foreign applicant must file through a registered Indonesian IP consultant (Konsultan KI).
