Trademark Registration in Germany
German national trade mark application with the DPMA — the basic electronic application fee of €290 covers up to three Nice classes, with €100 for each additional class. Examination, publication and a three-month opposition window follow. Protection covering Germany can alternatively be sought as an EU trade mark at the EUIPO.
