Registry non-compliance / strike-off notice - Non-payment of the annual government fee or failure to maintain a registered agent/office
Pay outstanding fees plus penalties through the registered agent to restore good standing; prolonged default leads to strike-off and then restoration (BZ$500 for a foundation, per the fee schedule).
Business-tax late-filing / assessment notice - Late or non-filing of the annual BTS290 return, or underpayment
File/correct via IRIS Belize and pay tax plus penalty (reported at 10% of tax due per month outstanding, minimum US$10). Dispute within the statutory objection period. (not verified against the authority's own page)
Economic-substance non-compliance notice - Failure to file the annual ES declaration or failure to meet substance for a relevant activity
File the ES report; remediate substance or reclassify; penalties and information-exchange to the declared tax-residence jurisdiction can follow. (not verified against the authority's own page)
Trade-mark opposition - A third party opposes a published mark within 12 weeks of first publication
File an answer to opposition (BZ$175) with BELIPO within the prescribed period; participation fee BZ$350.
